Experience and Qualifications of Personnel
Mike Schaeffer: P.E. and CPMR, Owner and Outside Sales Married, three children BS, 1970, Engineering Management, University of Missouri at Rolla MBA, 1975, Washington University Co-founder of Schaeffer Sales in 1976. Six years various management and engineering positions at Southwestern Bell. Five summers as an electrician with Sachs Electric. Maintains his Professional Engineering License. CPMR graduate (Certified Professional Manufacturer's Rep.)
Brenda Schaeffer: Sales and Management
Married, three children. Total of thirteen years of inventory management experience with a manufacturing firm before joining the Schaeffer Sales team on a part-time basis in 1983. Now works full-time in outside sales, accounts payable/receivable, human resources and business management.
Rosemary Gerdes: Inside Sales
Married, three children. Several years' experience with Schaeffer Sales, beginning in 1985. Eight years with Modern Distributing in outside sales. Returned to Schaeffer in August of 1996.
Kristina Steiger: Sales and Marketing
Married, two children. B.S., Business Administration - Marketing and Logistics and Operations Management, University of Missouri - St. Louis, 1994. Four years' experience with Schaeffer Sales. Part-time Administrative Assistant at United Electric Supply, 1996. Four years' experience with Frost Electric Supply as a Marketing Specialist. Returned to Schaeffer Marketing Group in May, 2000. Experience in the design and maintenance of web sites. Kris continues to work on the Electrical Representatives Organization web site (www.erostl.com).
John McGauley: Inside Sales and Quotations BS Business Administration, Rockhurst University, 2004. John began working at Schaeffer Marketing Group in April of 2006.
Jamie Radin: Inside Sales and Quotations Associate of Applied Science, Office Systems & Technologies, Executive & Legal from Jefferson College, 2005. Two years’ experience with First State Community Bank as an Administrative Assistant and Branch Technology Coordinator. Jamie joined the team in March of 2008.
Sandy Scheetz: Inside Sales (part-time)
Married, two children. B.S., Business Administration, Southwest Missouri State University. Experience in sales and office management. Sandy has worked with Schaeffer Marketing Group since November of 1997.
Kim Williams: Clerical Support (part-time) Married, two children. B.S., Human Relations, Rockford College. Previous experience in purchasing, customer service, and human resources. Kim joined the team in October of 2007.
